Is search fast on big counts?

On counts up to 500 expenses, filtering is instant. Beyond that, you may feel a latency of a few dozen milliseconds on the first keystroke, but nothing blocking.

Can I search by amount range?

Not via the plain input — typing an amount finds expenses starting with those digits. To filter "between 30 and 50 €", use the advanced filters (icon next to the search bar).

Does search look inside expense notes?

No, only titles, amounts, payers and dates. It's a design call: titles are the most evocative, notes are often long and would noise up the results.

Does search work offline?

Yes. All expenses are cached locally, search runs on your device with no network round-trips.

Is it included on all plans?

Yes. Free, unlimited. No restriction on the number of searches or the count size.

Is it paid elsewhere?

On some apps on the market, search is behind a paywall. At CountClub, it's included in the free tier.

How it works

Search crosses every field of an expense. No need to remember the exact title — a fragment is enough, and the app finds it.

Magnifying-glass icon at the top of the expense list. Keyboard ready, cursor in the search bar.

Type a fragment

Part of a title ("souv" for "Souvlakis"), an amount ("40"), a payer name ("marie"), a date ("March 12"). Case and accents are ignored.

03Step 3

The app filters in real time

Matching expenses stay, others disappear. Results update with each keystroke, no delay.

Tap to see details

Tapping an expense opens its full record: receipt photo, split, payers, history of edits.
