Auto reminders
Asking a friend for a transfer is rarely pleasant. Once a count is closed, CountClub sends the reminders for you, with the right tone. Configurable frequency, via push or email, toggle off any time.
How it works
Reminders only trigger once the count is closed, and only for members with an outstanding debt balance. The admin controls activation, rhythm, and switching off.
You close the count
Manually or via scheduled closure. Balances are frozen, everyone knows exactly where they stand.
You enable auto reminders
In count settings, check "Auto reminders" and pick the rhythm (7, 14, 30, 45, 60 days).
The app reminds debtors
As long as a member hasn't settled their balance, they receive a push notification and email at the chosen rhythm. Your name doesn't appear — the app speaks.
Reminders stop when they pay
When the debtor logs their transfer in the app, their balance goes to zero and reminders stop automatically. You don't lift a finger.
