LinkedIn profileAbout us
CountClub is built by three people, between Lyon and Paris. Two of us spent ten years building TrainMe, until Decathlon acquired it in late 2025. The third has been doing consumer marketing for just as long.
That guarantees nothing, but it changes one thing: we know how long it takes for a product to become simple, and we know what we refuse to build again.

LinkedIn profile
Partner, strategy and partnerships
Co-founder and CEO of TrainMe, sold to Decathlon in 2025. He brings capital, opens his network and plays the contrarian: a decision is argued with him before it is made, not after.
LinkedIn profile
Partner, marketing
Ten years of consumer product marketing: Danone, then Cheerz where she led product marketing and e-commerce, then Phenix on the app side. She runs the brand, acquisition and the life of the community.
LinkedIn profileHow we split the work
Product, code and infrastructure in one pair of hands. What is decided in the morning can be in the app by the evening, with no meeting to settle a comma.
Capital, network and partnerships, with the experience of a company taken from zero to its sale. The shortcut is often a phone call.
Brand, acquisition and community. Ten years spent launching products that ordinary people use, not tools for specialists.
None of us does the job of the other two. That is what lets three people move fast, and disagree without it being a problem.
Where this comes from
Anatole and Gatien found TrainMe, a sports coaching marketplace.
TrainMe joins Decathlon. That story ends, the urge to build does not.
First lines of CountClub, with one simple aim: that splitting costs between friends stops being a topic.
Louise joins the team for brand and acquisition, after ten years making consumer products known.
The app is on iOS and Android, the site exists in four languages, and we listen a lot.
No selling data, no advertising, no feature added to pad a list. The details are in the manifesto, and they bind us.
