Snap the receipt, never lose it again.

Receipt photo

As you add an expense, snap the receipt or pick it from your gallery. It attaches to the expense, gets compressed automatically, and stays viewable by every count member. No more receipts lost in shorts pockets.

How it works

Photos are automatically trimmed down before upload — sharp enough to re-read a receipt, light enough to spare your data plan and storage. Accessible to every count member straight from the expense.

    01Step 1

    Open the expense-entry screen

Title, amount, category. A camera icon appears at the top — ready to capture.

    02Step 2

    Tap the camera icon

The app offers two options: take the photo now (camera opens) or pick an image from the gallery. iOS and Android, your pick.

    03Step 3

    A preview shows, you validate

Before upload, you can zoom, crop or remove the photo if it's not clear. Validate, compression and upload start.

    04Step 4

    Attached for every member

Anyone in the count can reopen the expense and see the photo. Handy to clear up an ambiguity six months later — "oh right, that was it".

Honestly

What you should also know.

No overblown promises. Here are the real limits of the feature, to avoid surprises.

One receipt per expense. For a bill with multiple supporting docs, create multiple expenses or attach a composite photo.

No automatic amount or item recognition (OCR) yet — it's on the roadmap.

Photos are compressed to stay light on storage and mobile data — sharp enough to read a receipt, not meant for high-res archival.
