Per-person breakdown

Tap a member's name and you see at a glance what they paid, what they consumed, what they've already settled, and what's still owed. Below that, the expense-by-expense detail: for each one, what they advanced and what's on their tab. No number pulled from thin air.

How it works

The per-person sheet is a bottom sheet that opens with a tap on any name in the count — yours or another member's. It sums up their four totals at the top, then lists every expense where they appear as payer or beneficiary.

    01Step 1

    Tap a name

From the member list, the balances screen, or an expense detail: names are tappable everywhere. One tap, the panel slides up.

    02Step 2

Four totals appear at the top

Total paid (what they advanced for the group), total share (what they consumed), total settled (payments already sent or received), balance (positive = they're owed, negative = they owe).

    03Step 3

    Expense-by-expense breakdown below

One line per expense: title, date, amount paid by that person ("Paid" column), amount on their tab ("Share" column). A dash when a column doesn't apply. Sorted chronologically.

    04Step 4

    Check, close, come back

No need to leave the main screen: the panel closes with a swipe. If a number raises a question, open the relevant expense for the full detail.

Honestly

What you should also know.

No overblown promises. Here are the real limits of the feature, to avoid surprises.

The per-person sheet is read-only — you can't settle from this screen. To settle, go through the balances tab or log a settlement expense.

All four totals are computed in the count's reference currency. If some expenses are in other currencies, the conversion is shown.

Settlements between members show up in the list as special expenses ("From Hugo to Marie"), visually distinct from regular expenses.
